RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

All spectacles supplied are made to your individual specifications.

As such, in accordance with Consumer Rights Act 2015, bespoke or custom-made products are :

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.

Except in cases where the product is faulty or not as described.

PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THIRD PARTIES

If you provide a prescription issued by another optician or practice:

It must be accurate, current, and issued by a registered optometrist or dispensing optician.

We do not accept responsibility for errors, outdated prescriptions, or measurement inaccuracies supplied from outside our practice.

In line with guidance from the General Optical Council (GOC) and the College of Optometrists, the customer is responsible for ensuring that third party prescriptions are valid and accurate.

DISPENSING MEASUREMENTS

We recommend that all optical measurements (e.g. pupillary distance,fitting heights) be taken by our qualified staff.

If you supply your own measurements or use a third party, please note:

We cannot guarantee the fit, comfort, or visual performance of your spectacles.

You assume responsibility for any issues arising from self-supplied data.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

If the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
